Terms of service.

These Terms govern access to Panhandle Parcels. By creating an account or using a paid feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Research service

Panhandle Parcels organizes dated public-record evidence and private workspace tools for property research. Records may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, exempt, or different from a live official source. Auction status, ownership, title, liens, condition, occupancy, value, and availability must be independently verified before any decision or outreach.

Accounts and access

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access is personal to the account and workspace roles shown in the product. You may not bypass plan limits, scrape the service, or share unlocked records outside your authorized business workflow.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew on the interval and at the price displayed in the branded checkout until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout states otherwise. Stripe processes payment information; Panhandle Parcels does not store full card numbers. Refunds and billing corrections are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Owner-mail fields

Owner names and mailing addresses are sourced from official assessment-roll records that the source makes public. An unlock gives the workspace a limited product license to use that record for the acknowledged lawful purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the source data, prove present ownership, or authorize prohibited solicitation, eligibility decisions, harassment, or resale.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your investment, title, legal, tax, lending, insurance, construction, outreach, and compliance decisions. Product calculations are user-controlled research models, not promises of value, rent, profit, title, or return.

Service changes

Sources, features, entitlements, and availability may change as official publishers change their systems. We may suspend access needed to protect people, data, the product, or legal compliance. Material term changes will be presented through the service or account email before they take effect when required.
