What the service stores

Account records include your name, normalized email address, a one-way password hash, verification state, session records, accepted-policy timestamps, workspace membership, saved research, campaign activity, owner-record unlocks, exports, and billing status. Security logs store hashed network and user-agent signals rather than raw passwords or full payment-card data.

Property and owner records

Public property evidence is kept separate from owner-name and mailing-address fields. Private owner-mail fields come from official Florida Department of Revenue assessment-roll files. The Department states that public files omit confidential records and owners exempt from public-record disclosure. Panhandle Parcels preserves source omissions and applies its own suppression controls. The product does not provide owner phone numbers or email addresses.

How information is used

Account information operates authentication, workspace synchronization, support, security, subscriptions, entitlement accounting, and required service email. Research actions support saved work, unlock accounting, campaign exports, abuse prevention, and auditability. Private owner fields are revealed only to an authenticated, entitled workspace.

Service providers

Neon stores application data, Vercel hosts the application, Resend delivers verification and recovery email, and Stripe processes subscription payments. Each provider receives the information needed for its role. Full card details remain inside Stripe-controlled payment fields.

Retention and choices

Active account and workspace data is retained while the service is provided. Security, billing, export, and access records may be retained as needed for integrity, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request account access, correction, closure, or an owner-mail suppression review by emailing cody@frg.earth. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, or law.

Security and children

The service uses encrypted transport, protected cookies, one-time account links, rate limits, restricted server routes, and hashed credentials. No security system is perfect. Panhandle Parcels is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
